In order to strengthen the management of match style and discipline in the football industry, in accordance with the relevant requirements in the “Notice of the Chinese Football Association on Carrying out the Education and Reorganization of the Football Industry Match Discipline”, combined with the latest revision of the “Chinese Football Association Disciplinary Guidelines”, the Chinese Football Association The 2021 Disciplinary Work Training Conference was held online on April 7, 2021. The training session lasted about 6 hours. About 100 secretaries-general of 45 member associations and full-time staff engaged in disciplinary work attended the meeting.
The main content involved in this training includes: the introduction of the “Chinese Football Association Disciplinary Guidelines” (2021 Edition); the analysis and handling of common problems in the work of disciplinary punishment; how to write a disciplinary decision; the work process of the Disciplinary Committee of the Chinese Football Association; The current status of the work of the disciplinary committee of the member association; how the member association should organize the relevant work of the disciplinary committee, etc.
Among them, Wang Xiaoping, director of the Disciplinary Committee of the Chinese Football Association, introduced the 2021 version of the “Chinese Football Association Disciplinary Guidelines” in detail, focusing on the theoretical basis, purpose and principles, applicable subjects, key clauses, and the main content of the 2021 version of the disciplinary guidelines. Regarding the common problems in disciplinary punishment work, the lecturer combined video cases, the manifestations of violent behavior, handling principles and handling methods, as well as serious fouls, accusations and insults to referees, age and identity fraud, spitting, and tacit understanding The handling of some other common violations, including the ball, etc., is mainly explained.
In this training, the Chinese Football Association invited three member associations in Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu to share their experience. The Beijing Football Association Wei Aimin, Shanghai Football Association Zhao Xiaojun, Chengdu Football Association Liu Gang, and others represented their respective associations and participated in the establishment of the local member association’s disciplinary committee and disciplinary work-related documents. During the training, Director Wang Xiaoping also explained to the trainees how the member association should better organize and carry out the related work of the disciplinary committee.
