The Suns have won 11 of the past 13 games, ranking fourth in the West with 22-11, their best record in the first 33 games since the 2007-08 season.

This is the second time in Booker’s career that he has been elected player of the week. These two awards have been won in the last three weeks. The last one was from February 8 to 14. Booker is the first suns player of the week to win twice in the same season since 2007-08 season’s Stoudemire. Booker is also the first suns player to win two awards in three weeks since Nash won the best of the week for two consecutive weeks in January 2007.
